Wendy Bart is a master trainer for YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program. She helps people learn behavior changes that can dramatically reduce the risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes.We just talked about the big picture of diabetes prevention and how we can begin to tackle this epidemic. Now we want to get specific with ways we can adopt small lifestyle changes that can make a big difference. It’s a way we can take action toward healthier living. We were very excited to have her on!
