This week a new reality series premiered on CNBC which is one part "Top Chef", one part "Shark Tank". "Restaurant Startup" pits two teams of aspiring restaurateurs against each other as they pitch their food concept ideas to potential investors, restaurateur and TV personality, Joe Bastianich, and restaurant operator Tim Love. On this week's premiere, one Seattle crew proved they have what it takes to be the next great concept in cuisine. Garrett Doherty and Irbille Donia from Kraken Congee joined host Margaret Larson on the show today to talk about their experience on "Restaurant Startup" and share their congee recipe.
