Bravo TV's hit show "Top Chef" is about to wrap up its ninth season. The show has helped catapult talented chefs into the spotlight, including Season Two fan favorite Sam Talbot. Since his "Top Chef" adventures, Sam has been busy - as Executive Chef at the Surf Lodge in Montauk, New York. He's also written his first book: "The Sweet Life - Diabetes without Boundaries," which combines his approach to healthy cooking and his experience growing up with Type 1 Diabetes (Sam was diagnosed at age 12).
Sam Talbot chatted with Margaret about how he maintains his blood sugar with such a busy schedule, and whipped up a crab ceviche with blueberries and popcorn from his new cookbook.
