Here in the Northwest, we are considered at high risk of developing Multiple Sclerosis, known as MS. It causes weakness, visual and cognitive problems, and is one of the most common neurological causes of disability in young people. And while MS can be genetic, there are lifestyle factors we can change to reduce our risk. Dr. Ted Brown specializes in MS care at the EvergreenHealth Multiple Sclerosis Center. He joined host Margaret Larson on the show today with helpful and healthful tips.
