Everybody has days when life seems really hard, but if you ever need some perspective, you might want to see the "REAL. LIFE. Exhibit" -- an amazing collection of real artifacts that put you in the shoes of families living in extreme poverty or recovering from natural disasters. It was assembled by Medical Teams International, based on scenes that staff and volunteers have witnessed in hard-hit areas around the world.
The main exhibit is housed at MTI's headquarters in Portland, but a new one is opening in Redmond this weekend. Janey Pinneo from Medical Teams International joined Margaret to talk about the exhibit, the tremendous work MTI volunteers do around the world, and pay tribute to a volunteer who passed away while working in Haiti.
