Seattle is well known for our theatre scene, and opening the Seattle Rep’s 50th season is a show that was commissioned by the rep, and written by a Seattle writer. It’s titled Pullman Porter Blues.
The story, set in 1937, follows 3 generations of Porters hard at work on the luxurious Panama limited train. The iconic blues music adds to the back-drop of this play that takes us on a journey from Chicago to New Orleans. Today we welcomed two of the actors, Emily Chisholm and Warner Miller.
