Millions of women give birth in the U.S. each year and as many as 20% of them will suffer from post-partum depression. If that sounds like a lot, we're just talking about the women who actually seek help. Many others suffer in silence, because they feel like failures or are simply ashamed.

Doctors at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle are working to remove that stigma and help more women get the help they need. Dr. Veronika Zantop, a psychiatrist who helps new mothers overcome post partum depression came on the show as well as one of her patients, Jodi Rosen to talk more about the symptoms and the treatments available at Swedish Medical Center.
