Plate of Nations: Culinary tour of the Rainier Valley

Plate of Nations offers a culinary tour of several continents – with restaurants featuring Ethiopian, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Somali/East African, Thai and other cuisines. Chef Noi Seneboutarath, owner of Thai Palms restaurant, joined Margaret to chat about the event and prepare a traditional Lao dish of sticky rice, grilled meat and a delicious dipping sauce.

Plate of Nations runs from March 24 – April 6 and there are several ways to take part. Diners can also win prizes! Check out the event by visiting their website:
