With such nice weather outside, it's a great time for people to garden and take advantage of outdoor activity. Not to mention, it also helps to provide fresh, nutritious food, too. At Senior Housing Assistance Group communities - otherwise known as SHAG - rooftop gardens are ideally suited for urban living. Ciscoe Morris offers tips for planting a p-patch that's perfect for this time of year and explains how people of all ages can enjoy, and be successful, at growing their own p-patch garden.
Meet Ciscoe live in person on Saturday, Aug. 28th at SHAG's Arrowhead Gardens location in West Seattle from 10am-1pm. He'll be hosting his weekly radio show on-location and be available to meet people for pictures and autographs afterwards. And while you're there, take a free tour of SHAG's newest location and discover a great community for yourself or someone you know.
