This group of performers wowed us on NBC's hit show "America's Got Talent", walking away with the grand prize in 2012. Since then, the Olate Dogs and their human partners have been busy headlining a show in Vegas and touring across the country. Now, they're featured in a short film, "La Sauvetage", sponsored by Ellen DeGeneres' pet food company, Halo, that is bringing smiles to fans young and old.
Richard and Nicholas Olate, along with two of their talented dogs stopped by the show today to perform and talk about their various projects.
The Olate Dogs will perform Friday, May 9 at the Kirkland Performance Center. The performance benefits the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, as a part of its "Raise Your Paw" auction and gala. Doors open at 6:00pm so guests may take advantage of the silent auction while they enjoy hors d'oeuvres provided by Chef Brian Scheehser from the award-winning Trellis restaurant (inside the Heathman Hotel at 220 Kirkland Avenue).
There are a few tickets still available, click here to snag them! If you can't make it to the gala, they'll also be at Marina Park in Kirkland on Saturday morning at 10am.
Be sure to also check out Nicholas' new album, "Think Big", which is out now!
