It's been a long summer without our friend Nancy Guppy - but today she's making her return to New Day with a brand new weekend zone!

Here's what you have to look forward to:

1) Seattle Art Museum is currently showing “Australian Aboriginal Art” over 100 works from one of the world’s oldest living cultures.

 2) Local artist Jed Dunkerly has an exhibit of ink-wash drawings at Joe Bar on Capitol Hill entitled “Where Things Go: My Year’s Drawing Project”.

 3)  Two excellent documentaries are currently running at Harvard Exit:

“The Queen of Versailles” about a billionaire couple and their unfinished 90,000 square foot palace.

“Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry”, about China’s most famous international artist and it’s most outspoken domestic critic.

  4) ArtsWest stage presents “Godspell” performed by ArtsWest Theater Conservatory students, 12-16 years of age.
