Chef Roberto Santibanez from New Mexico prepared a delicious torta sandwich, just one of many mouthwatering new items being offered at the newly-redesigned "foodie" court - The Pen. Formerly the Bullpen Cafe, The Pen offers savory dishes from Santibanez, Seattle culinary icon Ethan Stowell and Bill Pustari, a specialist of New Haven-style pizza.
John Sergi, Chief Design Officer of Centerplate Stir, talked about the concept behind The Pen, as well as the expanded menu that fans can find when they venture in for a meal.
