Pediatric cancer is the leading cause of death for children. The Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation was established in 2010 in memory of Ben Towne, who died in 2008 at the age of 3 ½ from childhood cancer. 100% of donations to the Ben Towne Foundation support innovative research at the Seattle Children's Research Institute aiming to cure childhood cancer. Through the incredible generosity of the community, researchers have been able to get closer to this goal.

Ben's father and founder of the Ben Towne Foundation, Jeff Towne and one of their funders from RPM Mortgage, Troy Chambers, stopped by the show today to talk about the foundation and its incredible mission.
