After more than 150 races, Hall of Fame triathlete Sally Edwards relives her first triathlon and explains how she fell in love with the sport. She also offers training tips for athletes of all levels who want to participate in a race, including the upcoming Trek Women Triathlon Series in Seattle.
The 2nd annual Trek Women Triathlon Series race that will be held at Genesee Park on Sept. 19. 100% of the proceeds from the Series' Participant Pledge Program will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and The National Association of Team Survivor.
