We had the chance to chat with Seattle Times sports columnist Jerry Brewer earlier in the show in our New Day Hot Topics segment.

Jerry and Margaret chatted about a number of topics, including the passing of former Tuskegee Airman and longtime UW Huskies and Seahawks usher George Hickman, who passed away over the weekend; Terrell Owens joining the Seahawks; the Mariners post-Ichiro and the awesome FELIXING craze that's spreading around the world!

The Mariners will celebrate King Felix at tonight's game by giving away 34,000 commemorative t-shirts (34,000 for Felix's #34). Seattle Sounders FC star Fredy Montero will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Tonight's game vs. the Cleveland Indians begins at 7:10pm.
