Here at KING 5, we love interacting with our viewers and especially appreciate when they take the time to share some of their creativity with us! The station recently held a photo contest to create its first ever weather calendar, selecting from a pool of 8,000 photographs that were submitted by 2500 people from across Western Washington. The result is a stunning calendar, chock-full of weather information and facts compiled by meteorology students at the University of Washington. Our very own KING 5 Meteorologist, Jeff Renner, tells us more!
