It has been a Seattle area staple for 75 years and a place tourists flock to for a cup of delicious chowder and other fresh seafood dishes. Ivar’s is celebrating its 75th birthday with a new cookbook: IVAR'S SEAFOOD COOKBOOK: THE O-FISH-AL GUIDE TO COOKING THE NORTHWEST CATCH.
Harry Roberts from Ivar's and cookbook author/food writer Jess Thomson joined Margaret to chat about Ivar's rich history and showcase three recipes from the cookbook: Northwest Seafood Cobb Salad with Hat Island Dressing, Dungeness Crab Cakes and Yellow Tomato Gazpacho.
