When a Seattle police detective asked prison inmates a simple question -- she never imagined it would become a force for change called The "If Project." Here's the question: "if there was something someone could have said or done that would have changed the path that led you here, what would it have been?" The impact of that question has led to many lives changed.
Police detective Kim Bogucki, the founder of The If Project, along with two participants, David Lujano and Honey Jo Herman, who are sharing their stories of incarceration and hoping to affect change, joined us today.
