We've been hearing a lot about Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome recently, as more service men and women return from deployments, seeking help or often suffering in silence. But PTSD can affect just about anyone who suffers trauma. In this special Stigma to Hope conversation, we want to learn to recognize PTSD in yourself or someone close to you, and then arm you with ways to deal with it. Therapist Lucy Berliner from Harborview's Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress is here to help us recognize the signs of PTSD.

If you or someone you know needs to talk to someone right away, call (206) 744-1600
