With the approach of the new school year, families are looking to save time any way possible. Weight Watchers have put together some fabulous 5-minute meals that will keep anyone on track. Weight Watchers ambassador Dale Snyders, who lost 150 pounds on the program, joins New Day to give some quick and simple cooking tips.
