Food allergies and phrases like "gluten-free" have become very common lately. But having to give up certain ingredients doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite foods.

The determined recipe testers at America's Test Kitchen have spent countless hours coming up with delicious recipes for their new book, "The How Can it be Gluten-free Cookbook." The cookbook reinvents the rules of baking to deliver a collection of recipes that represents a quantum leap forward in the world of gluten-free baking and cooking.

Editorial Director of America's Test Kitchen, Jack Bishop joined guest host Kim Holcomb to showcase a few of the recipes and share some gluten-free cooking tips.

Jack will be at Book Larder in Fremont tonight (April 8th) from 6:30 - 8:00 for a book signing. Tickets are sold out, but there will be a waitlist at the door. Click HERE for details.
