They're more than just a late-night outing snack fix - hot dogs are becoming haute cuisine. Po Dog opened it's first resto on Capitol Hill in November of 2009 and the shop specializes in all kinds of hooked-up hot dogs. From sushi dogs to peanut butter and banana, Po Dog has 14 specialty dogs plus a monthly special every day. A second location recently opened in the U District.
