When it comes to home design, "energy efficient" doesn’t have to mean boring or blah. In fact, Puget Sound Energy is launching a new contest called Re-Energized by Design, in which 6 contestants compete in a series of home design challenges for a chance to win energy-efficient appliances and a grand prize of $5,000.
To enter the contest, just submit a picture or video clip to www.reenergizedbydesign. The deadline to enter is October. 31.
