The Rat City Roller Girls are going to be freezin' for a reason this weekend. On Saturday at noon they're taking part in the annual Polar Plunge. Taking a dip in the chilly waters of Lake Union to benefit the Special Olympics of Washington. And we're happy to have Norm Smith, Chairman of Special Olympics, and his son Zach, who's a board member and also a Special Olympics athlete here with us. Norm is doing the super plunge and plunging into Lake Union every half hour from 7:00am till 5:00pm.

The Polar Plunge takes place Saturday, February 9, 2013.
