An event gets underway tomorrow in Seattle, aimed at helping women live their best lives, inside and out! The "Healthy Woman - Healthy World" conference brings together experts from all backgrounds to help attendees spark positive changes.
Among those experts is Chef Andre Carthen, who helped Janet Jackson in her quest to become fit and healthy. Janet showed off her healthy body on the cover of a recent "Prevention" magazine -- and shared her healthy secrets with the magazine! Chef Andre also works with supermodel/entrepreneur Kathy Ireland and has contributed to several bestselling books.
Chef Andre joined Margaret to talk about his simple but healthy approach to cooking and how he tailors his tips to women and men with busy lives and families. Cletus Coffey, founder of the Healthy Woman - Healthy World conference, also joined us to share his personal inspiration for the event and the many benefits he hopes attendees will take from the conference.
