Anne Willan's culinary career has spanned nearly four decades, garnering accolades every step of the way. The acclaimed authority on French cooking, cookbook author, chef and founder of the prestigious Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne (which operated in France from 1991-2007 before moving to the US) has been honored with a number of awards, including:
