They make excellent martinis, but pomegranate extract is an antioxidant that has also been shown to act as a skin moisturizer, reduce LDL (bad cholesterol), raise HDL (good cholesterol) and prevent skin cancer.
Caffeine
Caffeine has become a morning ritual for many of us. We can’t start the day without a cup of coffee made by our favorite barista – who just happens to make the best lattes in town! Studies have shown that caffeine increases metabolism, breaks down fat and keeps your bloods sugar levels high (low blood sugar turns you into a vending machine victim).
