When it comes to making healthy changes, families increase their chances of success when they undertake the journey together. LifeWise Health Plan of Washington launched their ACTIVELY NORTHWEST website and social media pages to give families to the tools they need to succeed. The site is filled with tips from experts and others, including LifeWise Ambassadors (LifeWise Health Plan of Washington employees who are making strides in reaching their own health and fitness goals while inspiring others along the way).

Dana Robertson Halter and Johanna Dokken joined Margaret to talk about their roles as LifeWise Ambassadors and contributing writers to the Actively Northwest website, as well as juggling work and  busy family lives with healthy fitness goals. Johanna and Dana then joined their young daughters for a fun yoga workout.

Here's more information about #FitMob (including how to schedule your own!)
