Today marks the start of the 2013 Compassion Games, a global community service project that anyone can get involved in with just one random act of kindness. Seattle is one of the nearly two dozen cities around the world chosen as a compassion community and for the next two weeks everyone from high school students to businesses, including Lush Cosmetics, are getting in on the action. Compassion Games' Maya Nader and Manager of Lush Cosmetics at South Center, Courtney Maccario, join New Day to discuss the inspiring movement.

The Compassion Games kick off this afternoon at 3pm with a festival at Cleveland High School followed by the opening ceremony at 6:30pm.
