Last year we were so moved when Chef Ethan Stowell and his wife and business partner, Angela, shared with us the heartbreaking loss of their infant sons due to twin-to-twin intrauterine disease common in multiple births. That loss prompted the Stowells to start the first Eat Run Hope, a food and 5K event to raise money for fetal health awareness, and research to save other babies. Ethan & Angela Stowell, along with Lonnie Somers, founder of the Fetal Health Foundation join us to talk about this year's Eat Run Hope event.
The 2nd annual Eat Run Hope food and 5K event is this Sunday at 11am Seattle's Seward Park. All proceeds will go to the Fetal Health Foundation to help educate, and fund research for fetal syndromes.
