We can't think of a better job than to travel around Washington state, sampling food and choosing the best recipes for a new cookbook. Food writer Jess Thomson did just that. The result is a very tasty book: "Dishing Up Washington." Jess joined Margaret to dish up three recipes from the book: Kale Salad from picnic in Phinney Ridge, Creamy Dreamy Mac & Cheese from Calf and Kid on Capitol Hill and her own Dark Chocolate Cake with Figs, Fennel and Pistachios.
