He’s known as one of the top meat experts in the world. Chef and Cookbook Author Bruce Aidells’ legacy blossomed when he founded Aidells Sausage back in 1983, creating flavor combinations that placed sausage in a delicious new light.
Since then, Bruce has penned nearly a dozen cookbooks; he hosts a cooking show and contributes to countless magazines, radio and television shows. His latest book is called The Great Meat Cookbook, and it’s chock-full of information and recipes that any cook can tackle!
