Last year we met award-winning Vegan Chef Chloe Coscarelli with the release of her cookbook, Chloe's Kitchen, and today she's back with her new book Chloe's Vegan Desserts. She was the first vegan chef ever to win a Food Network Challenge on the Cupcake Wars in 2010.
