Take a trip back into Seattle's rich history-- without going to a museum or building a time machine. All you have to do is step aboard a floating history lesson!

Argosy Cruises offers a "Taste of Seattle History" cruise that combines historic tales of the "Emerald City" with a menu from days gone by-- -- along with a scenic, two hour tour of local waterways.

Executive Chef Ron Arbour and Captain Tim Radcliffe from The Royal Argosy joined Margaret to whip up a modified Chicken Croquette recipe from Seattle's Occidental Hoteal from 1889, and shared the research and creativity that helped the Taste of Seattle History cruise take shape. They also showed how to make tasty, fresh butter in a jar (in just 8 minutes!)
