A new Food Network series called "Heat Seekers" showcases the best smokin' hot dishes in the country, the kind that sets taste buds ablaze.  This week's episode is set in Seattle, and features three local restaurants that serve up some super spicy food.  Cheri Nualkhair from "Araya's Place", a Thai vegan restaurant in the U-district, shows us how to make their mouth-burning Tom Yum Soup and it was on fire…literally!

For another heat-seeking experience that'll surely make you sweat, try The Wing Dome's "Seven Alarm Challenge" hot wings. (You have to sign a waiver to eat 'em!)

The Seattle episode of "Heat Seekers" airs this Friday at 10pm on the Food Network.  Click here for more times and information.
