If a simple test could tell you if you were at significant risk for cancer and what type of cancer, would you take it? Well, you may have heard about genetic testing for the breast cancer gene called “BRCA,” but there are also tests that can determine your risk for colon, ovarian, uterine cancers, and more. Joy Varady, from Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, joined us today to discuss details.
