Yesterday, I told you about the differences between a store coupon and manufacturer coupon. Since both are redeemed from different places, you can actually combine the two together which is a concept called "stacking."
Stacking coupons is the easiest way to land double the savings (even easier than double coupons in my opinion). I typically do this at stores like Target, Walgreens and CVS. You'll find you can really save on personal care items this way. Don't worry, this is the store's policy so there is no rule breaking going on here.
The whole idea behind shopping strategically is to apply as many savings methods as possible to one item. In this case, you are applying two coupons which will save you double the money. That sounds like a good deal to me!
