Six great singers competed in the live one-hour Gimme the Mike! Seattle finale on Monday, August 9 at The Triple Door, and the competition was so tight that two singers actually tied in the judges' initial scoring.

The tie between 16-year-old Merrily Scruggs-James of Seattle and Tillie Donaldson, 42, of Renton, was broken after the panel deliberated and declared Donalson the first Gimme' the Mike! Seattle champion.

Thank you for tuning in to Gimme' The Mike! Seattle. We hope you all had as good of a time watching it as we did producing it!
