Serves: 8 (each tartlette serves 2)  
Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
4 large Sugar cookies, about 6”- 8” diameter
8 oz. Marscarpone cheese
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Fresh lemon zest
1 melon DULCINEA Tuscan Style™ Cantaloupe peeled and sliced very thin

Garnish:
1 cup Fresh raspberries, blueberries and black berries
Powdered sugar
Grand Marnier, Midori or Madiera to drizzle, if desired
