• 8oz smoked salmon
• ½ cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
• ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Place half of salmon in food processor and pulse several times. Add Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing and pulse a few more times and process until smooth. Transfer salmon mixture to a bowl. Coarsely chop remaining salmon and add to salmon mixture. Add fresh cracked pepper and gently fold in chives. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve on table water crackers or toast points.
