1 Pound Large Shrimp, peeled, tail-on, deveined
3/4 Cup Marie's Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing, plus more for salad
6 Cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 Each Lemon, cut into wedges
Place shrimp in a bowl. Pour Marie's Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing over shrimp and
toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Insert skewer lengthwise through shrimp twice.
Preheat oven to broil, or grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn
Meanwhile, toss romaine with more Marie's Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing and
distribute on plates. Top with shrimp skewers and a lemon wedge.
