Ingredients:
- 6 oz Herbed Feta Crumbled
- 1 can of chickpeas drained
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 3 green onions
- ¼ cup of fresh chopped dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
Place drained chickpeas in a serving dish. Slice the onions and the roasted red peppers into thin strips and mix the chickpeas. Whisk the lemon juice, honey, cumin and oil. Add dressing to the salad. Add the President® Herbed Feta Crumbled and green onions. Sprinkle with dill.
