1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Teaspoons Onion, finely chopped
2 Teaspoons Tarragon
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Large Portobello Mushrooms, stems removed
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
8 Slices Dave's Killer Bread
4 Slices Tomato
2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- Mix mayonnaise,onion and tarragon in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to Broil. Lightly brush olive oil on both sides of mushrooms. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Grill under broiler until tender, about 4 minutes per side.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture on inside of bread. Add mushrooms, tomato slices and lettuce.
