This Buttery Apple Pear Crisp is a perfect dish for Sunday brunch or dessert anytime.
Kerrygold Apple Pear Crisp
3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Kerrygold Butter, at room temperature
3 Cups Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3 Cups Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and
brown sugar. Cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Mix together apples and pears, then place in bottom of baking pan.Cover with crumb mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until apples and pears are tender.
