Al dente tortellini, fresh asparagus and authentic Italian pesto make this dish delish, and it can be served both hot and chilled!
1 Package Buitoni Cheese Tortellini, Family Size, 20 oz.
1 Pound Asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
1 Package Buitoni Pesto Sauce
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add asparagus to boiling pasta water two minutes before pasta is done. Drain pasta and asparagus. Gently toss with pesto. Top with lemon zest and pepper. May be served hot or chilled.
