Game Day! Chicken and Rice Burritos

Ingredients

8 Mission Burrito Size Flour Tortillas, warmed

2 1/2 cups uncooked chicken, shredded

3/4 cup long-grain white rice

1 package taco seasoning mix, 1 oz.

1 3/4 cups water

1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.

1 large tomato, chopped

1/3 cup green onion, chopped

Cheddar cheese, shredded

chunky salsa

Mission Guacamole

sour cream

sliced jalapenos

Directions

In a large skillet, place chicken, rice, seasonings, water and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Add chopped tomato and green onion. Place 1/2 cup of filling in each tortilla, add cheese as desired, roll burrito style and serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and sliced jalapenos.
