Twenty-year-old David Michael Morris of Puyallup could face up to five years in prison when he is sentenced.

As part of Friday's plea bargain he agreed to testify against the man accused of giving the drug to 16-year-old Danielle Dawn McCarthy of Puyallup.

She took the drug at a New Year's Eve party and was pronounced dead after friends took her to Stevens Hospital in Edmonds.
