Two people hit by car in North Seattle

A car sits at the scene of an accident in which two people were hit in North Seattle on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008.

SEATTLE – Two people were hit by a car in North Seattle Tuesday afternoon.

The accident happened just after 4 p.m. at N. 85th Street and Greenwood Avenue N.

Both victims are males, but their ages were not immediately known.

A Seattle fire spokesperson says one of the victims initially was knocked out but regained consciousness. The other was alert and sitting up.

Both were transported to Harborview Medical Center.

It’s not immediately clear whether the driver was at fault.
