War protestors have been trying to block the shipment for days. Several have been arrested after clashes with police.

The 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division consists of about 3,800 members. The fourth Stryker Brigade and its 300 vehicles are due in Iraq by mid-april as part of President Bush's announced surge of 21,500 troops.
