SEATTLE – The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office wants to warn the public about a Level 3 sex offender who has failed to register.

Kitsap County Sheriff's Office

Bruce Allen Lee

Bruce Allen Lee, 61, was convicted of rape in 1987 after he physically and sexually abused a woman over the course of two days. He also has prior convictions for assault and kidnapping, and while in jail, Lee threatened people and damaged property.

Lee is registered to an address in Bremerton, but has been seen there recently.

Investigators have reason to believe Lee is hiding out in the Gig Harbor or Key Peninsula area of Pierce County in the company of a woman named Toni.

He is described as a white male, 6-foot-3, 170 pounds, gray hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Bruce Allen Lee is asked to contact Detective Lt. Smith at 360-337-5610 or Detective Dillard at 360-337-5617.
